Amy Morgan of Pit Stop Pools did a stellar 5 out of 5 star fix on my booster pump, filter clean and chemical and pool maintenance and clean!! Great price and above and beyond service! In the three plus years we have lived here and done our own pool maintenance and used other companies our pool has never flowed so well and as much as when they finished the complete pool booster pump and filter clean!! It then maintained a beautiful color and chemical balance much better afterwards. Thank you again and great job!! I highly recommend Pit Stop Pool!!

Two days difference! WE LOVE PIT STOP POOLS! Guys. I cannot tell you all enough how wonderful Pit Stop Pool Service is! They go above and beyond. When the tropical storm hit last week our pool took a hard hit. I called Amy, and they were on it. These pictures were taken TWO days apart!

Cody and his assistant (cute daughter

) came the same day we called asking for help with our pool. We were having problems with our chemicals and algae for almost a month and couldn’t get it right. They showed up, tested the water and new exactly what to do! They added all the right chemicals and throughly scrubbed the pool. Our pool hasn’t looked this clear and sparky in a really long time! Thanks Pit Stop so much for easing our frustration and solving our pool problem!!

Pit Stop Pools is now my first choice for maintenance, equipment replacement and parts for my pool and I’ll tell you why you should call them first.

I had an emergency and called them up. Pit Stop was quick to show up, check out my complaints and that same evening offered several solutions after they took the time to research the pool equipment issue.

Not only did this please me to know I did have options, they saved me money by taking a little time to put more thought into what could be done. I know if I had called any other company, I would have ended up buying a new pump!

Due to the fantastic work they did, my original 16 year old filter cartridge broke loose! I think because my main pump was working effectively after a part was replaced.

I had known I needed a filter cartridge due to the size of my pool. They took this request very seriously and the next day I had a new filter installed.

I’ve never been asked if I wanted to keep a part or sell it off from any company before. They did mention someone who was in need of a filter and I offered my old one up. That speaks volumes!

In one week I have called them twice. Pit Stop Pools takes their business seriously and goes up, over and beyond for consumers with pools. They are completely professional, personable and very understanding.

They will be my first call when I need them. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this company. No one wants to have to call for service, but when you need them, they will be there. I’m thankful to now know good honest pool professionals still exist. Thank you Pit Stop Pools!
